Clementine Morning Smoothie

This smoothie is a beautiful way to wake yourself up and head out for your day. It may be a day filled with wrangling toddlers or endless meetings and it’s bound to be day that you need A LOT of energy for (considering you’re a parent). Clementine Morning Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 Clementines, pealed

1 banana, frozen

3 tsp Flax Meal 

1/2-1 cup Milk (we love almond milk in this smoothie)

2 tsp raw Honey (omit for vegan version)

1/8 tsp Cinnamon

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and whizz till you reach your desired consistency. This may take a few minutes. Makes one medium smoothie. You may want to double or triple this recipe if you have kids (or a significant other) that will try to steal this amazing treasure of a smoothie!
